Fears Questionnaire
Here are some sample images of questionnaire's which i have scanned in. I showed this questionnaire to twenty people and the results which i recieved showed which images from the selected, people found the most and least scary.
These are the selected images which i hall show to the people who fill in my Questionnaire.
